CYPnosis is a clinical education and decision support tool. This policy describes how we handle information collected through the CYPnosis marketing website (cypnosis.com). It does not govern data processed within the CYPnosis application itself, which is covered by separate terms agreed to at account creation.

Form submission processor

Access request forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend. Submitted data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy. We use Formspree solely to receive form submissions and do not grant them authorization to use your data for any other purpose.

Cookies and tracking

The CYPnosis marketing website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify individual users. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated prior to implementation.

Data retention

Access request data is retained until you request deletion or until access is granted and your account is governed by the application's separate data terms. To request deletion of your waitlist submission, email [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Clinical scope notice

CYPnosis outputs represent modeled pharmacokinetic exposure equivalents and pharmacologic burden indices. The tool is intended for clinical education and decision support only. It is not FDA-cleared, not validated as a clinical diagnostic instrument, and not a substitute for clinical judgment, therapeutic drug monitoring, or laboratory assessment. No patient data is processed by this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and its data practices evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
